// about

About

It started with a computer my grandmother gave me when I was around 9. I played games on it, and soon I was changing them, building mods for Minecraft and Habbo. By 13 I was running my own game servers and writing Java plugins for Minecraft with Bukkit and Spigot. Servers have players, and players notice when something breaks, so I taught myself how real systems fit together. Mine had to keep working.

That curiosity never left, but at 18 I turned it into a job. In 2019 I joined an agency and got my first professional reps with PHP, MySQL, and the web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Around the same time I worked mornings and studied Industrial Mathematics in the afternoon at the Federal University of Paraná. After a semester I knew engineering was where I wanted to be, so I switched into Computer Science and committed to it fully.

Since then I have worked across the stack and grown into platform and product engineering, including almost two years living in Frankfurt. I am comfortable from cloud infrastructure and backend systems up to the frontend and mobile apps people actually use. I am usually the one who sets up testing, observability, and CI standards, and I enjoy mentoring. Today I keep building, including the systems behind Uranus, the company I founded.

  1. Senior Software Engineer · Thinksurance

Frankfurt & Curitiba (now remote) · Germany's largest commercial insurance platform.

    1. Jan 2023 – May 2024Remote from Brazil1 yr 5 mos
    2. Jun 2024 – Apr 2026On-site in Frankfurt am Main, Germany1 yr 11 mos
    3. May 2026 – PresentRemote from Curitiba, Brazil2 mos

I relocated to Frankfurt am Main, the financial center of Germany, in mid-2024 on an EU Blue Card and worked on-site for almost two years. Since the end of April 2026 I have been back in Curitiba, still at Thinksurance, working remotely.

    • Architected a new insurer-integration model from the ground up. It became the platform's core integration process and drove 300% growth in active integrations and a 5x jump in SME revenue.
    • Helped rebuild the entire proposals and contracts experience for commercial insurance.
    • Remodeled core microservices with observability, testing, and reliability improvements, and automated the integration lifecycle on AWS and CI/CD. A legacy system was retired and operating headcount dropped from 10 to 2 engineers without losing reliability.
    • Built inner-source packages for code reuse across services, including internal packages for n8n automations.
    • Set standards for AI-assisted automation, AI code review, and spec-driven development of new features.
    • Remodeled and optimized databases to follow normal forms, and mentored engineers while setting backend-chapter standards for tooling and monitoring.
    • TypeScript (NestJS, TypeORM)
    • Golang
    • PHP (Symfony)
    • AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS)
    • Kubernetes
    • Docker
    • MySQL

  2. Software Engineer · Olist

    Apr 2021 – Dec 2022 · 1 yr 9 mos

    Curitiba, Brazil · Brazil's leading SME e-commerce + Banking-as-a-Service platform.

    • Architected an automatic invoicing system (Nota Fiscal) for SMEs in real time, with a hexagonal microservice architecture (Node.js, TypeScript) and clear domain boundaries, connecting the existing system to this new billing engine.
    • Migrated a company acquisition's architecture from a monolith to microservices for marketplace channels.
    • In that new model, built an event-driven communication layer (Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS).
    • Integrated Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS) together with the application code.
    • TypeScript
    • Golang
    • Python (Django)
    • AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS)
    • Kafka
    • Redis
    • PostgreSQL
  3. Software Engineer · CINQ (now CI&T)

    Mar 2020 – Mar 2021 · 1 yr 1 mo

Curitiba, Brazil (remote, U.S. client) · Consulting for U.S. client RepairQ / Service Central (mobile device repair industry).

    • Designed a new integration model for the core repair flow, enabling direct partnerships with Apple, Google, and Samsung through global systems such as Apple GSX.
    • Streamlined OEM integrations so authorized partners synced automatically with manufacturer systems.
    • Implemented Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
    • PHP (Laravel)
    • MySQL

Founder & CEO

Uranus doesn't sell effort. It builds systems.

Uranus Technologies is a software company based in Curitiba, Brazil. It builds the technology that companies run on: software development, cloud infrastructure, and product work, from first commit to production.

A growing part of that work is applied AI: autonomous agents, automation, and everything it takes to run them reliably.

  • Precision before scale
  • Predictability
  • Reliability
  • Transparency
  • Pragmatic innovation
